Haha... already at ceiling height (not now - at Christmas!). A bigger tree would also mean a bigger budget for all the extra prezzies to go under it.

I got mine last year. (would be nicer and fit on the tree better if they were about half the scale).
Thanks, Deb for reporting.
quirky afterthought: probably the only item at Canadian tire with a part number specific to Minis!

They show as $6.49 on line here but were $5.00 at the store.
You can always ask why?
Today I bought two footballs and a soccer ball for gifts...
They also have VW Camper buses and a few other interesting cars and trucks.

They are $6.49 locally but with 10 on the shelf, there will likely be one left when I visit tomorrow.

Went to Canadian Tire today and was surprised to see that they have the Red Mini Glass Christmas ornaments again.
Last year they sold out. They are not in the catalogue . At  our closest store they had at least 10. so, if you missed out last Christmas head on over to your closest store and add them to your Christmas tree.

They are glass and very fragile.
You can search for them on the Canadian tire web site.
Part number

151-6116-0

Now $5.00 regular price last year they were $6.49

Happy shopping

Just got my hands on 6 more,
So if anyone missed their chance it costs more to ship them than to buy them. Send me an email and I'll let you know how much it will cost to get you one/ some.  [email protected]

I was able to get 4 more from a tree display at a local store.
So, if someone still wants one or two let me know and I will be happy to mail them .

For the eagle-eyed amongst you who are watching The Grand Tour, there were some of the Mini ornaments on the Christmas tree visible over Clarksons shoulder.

None at Hobby Lobby Webster NY.
Anyone else find some in the USA?
Fruitless search at Canadian Tire.
Websites show stock but none in the store.

All the ones I gathered are spoken for.

At Hobby Lobby they are labeled Robert Stanley home collection with a number next to the barcode which is 5631486.

If in doubt, flat out. Colin Mc Rae MBE 1968-2007.

The store in Toronto had 46 and they were not out of their boxes.
The 9 that I bought today in Montreal were hanging in a tree on display and on a hook in the store.
I had to get a sales associate to climb a ladder and take them down.

If you find a store with lots of stock chances are they will still be in their boxes.
They are glass and they are fragile.  So the boxes will insure that they can be shipped safely.

I now have 15 available.
I am keeping 10 for my tree.

That's nice. The ones for sale down here are just hanging on a hook in the store.

My brother in Toronto picked me up 20 in their original packing. Safe to ship. I have 18 left and will be able to ship them out after the holidays.
Let me know of you want any.
