I think I have the diagonal split system. I think ill go with the 227 and re plumb to a front back system.

Huge fan of the GMC227, we have them in our race cars and all my street minis get one. For the race car we use alloy 4pots and the braking is fantastic

I have seen all different types used. Do you currently have the single line set up, if so and you want to stay with that use the same master as the early Cooper S's.

Make sure that the hoses go to the correct side: one has a deep cavity in it and attaches to the right hand side of the subframe, while the one to the left side of the subframe has a much shallower cavity. Randy

1 x LH & 1 x RH front disc hose.

They are shorter than the drum brake versions, and have different depth female unions side to side.

Swapping my front drums over to 7.5S disks. what will I need for front hoses? Do I also need to switch Master cylinders? does everbody use a yellow band?
