Sounds like it is time to start a list of things Mini owners should or should not do. Ok. I'll start a new thread.

A few years ago, l had a mini in my detailers shop for a cleanup
When l came to pick it up it looked gorgeous but he looked like he S*** his pants, in front of the mini on the floor were all of the yellow blades from the fan-laying in a neat pile
He apparently left a cleaning rag in the engine bay and started it up-
Might l say it never happened again

Hello Fellow Miniacs
I haven't posted here in quite some time but I just wanted to share a quick video of what could go wrong when excitement takes over common sense.
I bought this mini after it had been parked for 5+ years and spent almost a year getting it running and driving again.
Hearing it start up and and driving out of my garage got me all excited and I got carried away.. Hey it's happened to all of us right?
Giving it a few short blasts up and down my cul-de-sac had me giggling like a schoolgirl .....until this happened..
https://youtu.be/1FjArNVVEaU
So as a reminder, please make sure all your parts are bolted down properly and your mini is safe to be on the road before getting caught up in the excitement as I did
Happy Mini-ing!!
