Tony stewart, kasey Kahne, Carl Edwards, wear glasses. There are many pics on the net of Tony wearing glasses in the car, with helmet.
But the alternative facts delivered by our "Special Idiot" means that he is still right, despite being shown (again) that he was dropped on his head as a baby.

It's been fun, but this place is done. I have no hatred, and appreciate the good times. But this place now belongs to Tony and his pink mini.

Wrong again. (Looks like Alex has addressed the Troll.)

Shows what little you know then c*ck-end.
Multiple F1 champion Lewis Hamilton wears glasses.  Bobby Rahal did reasonably well in his multiple title winning career.  Villenueve pedalled quite well to the Indy 500, Indycar and F1 championships while peering through lenses.  Andrew Jordan wears massive 'specs...

To answer the question though, no, I have no intention of racing her.

To win at Silverstone I'll need the best drivers I can get, and I'm more than happy with the two I have.

Do you plan on getting your licence so we can see you getting some seat time in Gertie  ?
(Granted,  few look as suave and debonair at the track then you).
Might look good suited up also.

It seems that, unlike most of the other cars, we were tricycling through the chicane on pretty much every lap - probably due to the dampers being wound up very tight, or the anti-roll bar being more firmly affixed with lateral motion removed.

Very Jimmy Clark.

On one lap however, Jason got particularly energetic and came through properly up on two wheels - the Bonhams christmas card managed to capture it - but with the propensity for these cars to roll it was a heart-in-mouth moment for those that saw it, and the onboard footage is interesting.

I didn't see it luckily, as my view from the pit wall was restricted, but those that did say it was "a pretty hairy moment".

Thanks, Alex! That put a lot of "meat on the bones" of what we knew about Gertie. Time for a re-watch!

Like the shot with the front wheel in the air.

If in doubt, flat out. Colin Mc Rae MBE 1968-2007.
