I have had ZERO issues with their products or customer service. They are busy guys, give them a ring and they will answer or call back.
and since we are in an age/era where the email, SMS, Whatsapp, fb msg, ig DM replaces the old school calling method ..... thought I give that a try with them.... I guess they haven't quite caught on yet.
Anyways
i I took my mini apart infront of the parts store and got exactly what I need.
And for future reference and other people who might need to replace these parts
here are the part # to replace the low quality rose joints that came with the kit with higher quality nylon lined, chrome plated and heat treated QA1 X-series rod ends !
they are
- XML8-10
- XMR8-10
4 left hand threads and 4 right hand threads
hope this can help people in the future

Bj and Norm are always busy, and they don't spend much time answering emails, but someone will answer the phone if you call. That's always the best bet to get ahold of them.

The rose joints will surely be one of some generic off-the-shelf size. Just like a bolt (or nut): Thread diameter, pitch and length and then the hole diameter of the pin that passes through them. All things where you can get the measuring tools to figure out.
Here's one page where it offers different specifications

You're in the wrong forum I think. Purists only here. Maybe a handful of vtec guys here.
