The EBC Yellows don't need to have 'heat buildup' to become effective, thus the street friendly description.

Track and autox brake pads are two different animals.  Track pads wether track only or track/street work better when they get a little heat build up.  In a one minute or even in a two minute autox you will do better with street pads.

Check out the EBC yellows - these are track rated pads that are street friendly.

Hi everyone, new to this site and I'm wondering if you all could help me out. I just started autocrossing my 2007 R56 S, and I'm trying to find some really good pads and rotors for this. I do daily the car but don't mind any extra noise they would create, I just need something that won't wear fast. Any suggestions would help.
